Dorset Race Equality Council is a charity that has been promoting race equality in Dorset since the 1990s.
They offer a free advice and advocacy service to anyone who has experienced race or religion-based discrimination or abuse. They are there to make sure that all people are treated equally: whatever their race, skin colour, culture or religion. If you, or somebody you know, has been bullied for any of these reasons then you can speak to them, in confidence, for free advice. You can either call on 01202 392954 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Dorset REC also work in partnership with a broad range of agencies, such as schools, to promote equality of opportunity and celebrate ethnic and cultural diversity in our local area. For more information about Dorset REC please visit their website at http://www.dorsetrec.org.uk/ or follow them on Facebook and Twitter.
